I started working in clinical research in 2006 initially at the Clinical Trials Unit, University of Leeds. I then worked as a trial coordinator/ data manager in Paediatric Oncology at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle.

I joined the Newcastle Clinical Trials Unit in May 2009 as an Assistant Trial Manager working on trials in haematology and I started working as a Trial Manager in October 2011.

Trial Management

Cognitive behavioural therapy-based intervention to reduce fear of falling in older fallers attending a community falls service: Therapy development and randomised controlled trial. 

Observer blind randomised contolled pilot study comparing localised hand PUVA with localised hand narrow band UVB for the treatment of hand eczema. 

AuToDeCRA - Autologous Tolerogenic Dendritic Cells for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Monitoring 

A randomised, placebo controlled, single-blind study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of multiple doses of otelixizumab in rheumatoid arthritis subjects.
