Abstract: The problem of providing prostheses for patients with restricted mandibular opening is not well reported, either in current texts on prosthodontics or in the literature. This report features two patients who suffer from severe and chronic forms of the disorder. The aim of the article is to provide some useful hints with respect to the prosthetic management of such patients.
