Newcastle University is home to a diverse and cosmopolitan community with over 4,000 international students from over 110 countries worldwide.
We are pleased that in 2010-11 this includes over 60 students from Libya.
Some of the more popular undergraduate programmes amongst students from Libya are Business, Accounting and Finance and Medicine and at postgraduate level are Business, Engineering and Medicine.
International Office staff visit Libya and the surrounding region regularly to meet with students, attend education exhibitions and conduct presentations.
