Newcastle University is home to a diverse and cosmopolitan community with over 4,000 international students from over 110 countries worldwide.
The University has strong links in Pakistan and welcomes new Pakistani students annually. Currently there are 41 Pakistani students studying at Newcastle University across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Some of the more popular programmes at undergraduate level are: Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and at postgraduate level; Business, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
The International Office visits Pakistan regularly to meet with students across the country, attend education exhibitions and conduct presentations.
We are pleased to offer the Newcastle University Pakistan Scholarship award with a value of £3,000, payable toward the first year of tuition fees. This is available to high-achieving Pakistani students applying for postgraduate Master's degree programmes commencing in September 2015.
