Newcastle University is home to a diverse and cosmopolitan community with over 4,000 international students from over 110 countries worldwide.
The University has strong links in Canada and welcomes many Canadian students annually. Currently there are 57 Canadians studying at Newcastle University across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Some of the more popular programmes at undergraduate level are: Law and Medicine, and at Postgraduate level; Business, Biomedicine and Cultural and Heritage Studies.
The International Office visits Canada frequently to meet with students across the country, conduct presentations and to meet with careers advisory staff.
