Introduction/Area of work: The effect of autostereoscopic displays on visual development.
For my undergraduate degree I studied Orthoptics at the University of Sheffield. As part of orthoptics, one of my main interests is stereoacuity.
This research project aims to explore into the effect autostereoscopic displays have on visual development. This is due to the importance stereoscopic displays have on the public today and the lack of research regarding how visual development in the young is affected. This research also aims to highlight any other effects stereoscopic displays have on visual function.
