Introduction and area of work:

I graduated from Newcastle University in 2008 with a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I then went on to graduate from Newcastle University in 2009 with a MRes in Medical and Molecular Biosciences.

My PhD is split between electrophysiology in ION and the NME (NanoMaterials and Electronics) research group from EECE. I am currently designing and developing silicon intracellular electrodes for use in electrophysiological studies.
