My role is to provide a comprehensive professional support service to the Institute Manager and Institute Director in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the Institute, Faculty and University and to assure the future sustainability of the Institute.

Roles and Responsibilities

To assist the Institute Manager in:

Implement and maintain efficient support structures within the Institute
Strategic planning
Human resource management and contract management
Lead Institute administration team
Management of the Institute’s budget, sources of income and allocation of resources to ensure financial stability
Maintaining and analysing management information
Project management
Research funding applications (strategic support)

Qualifications

Participant in Research Administrators Awareness Programme 2014

Undertook NU Chameleon project in 2012 (first cohort)

I completed the Association of Business Schools Development Programme for Senior Managers (DPSAM) in 2007

BA (Hons) Business Administration
