Introduction
My current research interests are Health service research, particularly the impact of recent changes in the delivery of adult mental health services in the UK. Personality disorder research, this includes a pilot study for a randomised controlled trial of brief group therapy for borderline personality disorder.
I work as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the East Specialist Community Mental Health Team in Newcastle upon Tyne and Honorary Senior Lecturer in the school.
