Background

I am a clinical research associate currently working on the personalised anxiety treatment for adults with autism (PAT-A) trial. This project aims to conduct a national survey of adults with autism and their relatives, to learn more about their experiences of anxiety and anxiety treatment. Using this information we aim to develop a personalised, non-pharmacological treatment for anxiety in adults with autism (PAT-A) and test the feasibility and efficacy of this intervention in a pilot randomised control trial.
