Full-time three-year and four-year PhD studentships are available from a number of funding sources:

• grants to individual supervisors
• institutional doctoral training accounts
• subject-specific training programmes (eg Wellcome Trust 4-year programme in Systems Neuroscience)
• and other institutional sources (eg MRes Bursary)
• undergraduate vacation studentships
