As this maintenance takes place, all Exchange services (including Outlook Web Access, which provides the student email service) will become temporarily unavailable and users may experience difficulties logging on and accessing their email.

Any email sent to users during this time will be queued until the work is complete, no mail in transit should be lost.

The expected loss of service to individual users should be much shorter than the full maintenance period stated, however, email services should be considered at risk throughout.
