Problems with ReCap
Update: Earlier issues with the ReCap serivce have now been rectified
Issue: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the ReCap service. Some users may have difficulty viewing recorded material. Scheduled recordings are not affected.
Our technical teams are working to restore normal service as soon as possible.
We hope to have an update for you soon.
