Disruption to SAP between 17:00 Friday 24th February and 17:00 Sunday 26th February 2012

SAP system downtime  between 17:00 on Friday 24th February and 17:00 on Sunday 26th February 2012

 

All SAP production systems need to be shut down for essential planned maintenance between 17:00 on Friday 24th February and 17:00 on Sunday 26th February 2012.

This work is necessary to allow for essential statutory software changes to be applied.

The following services will be affected:

- All SAP R/3 systems e.g. Student Lifecycle Management; HR; Payroll; Finance; Purchasing and Sales.

- The Student Self Service Portal (S3P) https://s3p.ncl.ac.uk/login/index.aspx

- All SAP portal systems accessed via MyWorkplace Portal https://myworkplace.ncl.ac.uk/irj/portal, including:
  • P2P system (SRM)
  • Business Warehouse reports (BW)
  • CRM Interaction Centre (CRM)
  • Online Expenses
  • Postgraduate applicant portal (E2R)
  • Agent portal (E2R)
  • Selector portal (E2R)
  • Student Information Gateway (SIG)
