Emergency interruption to all SAP system 17:00 Wednesday 22nd February

Issue: We need to perform some emergency maintenance to our SAP system tonight from 17:00

The following SAP systems will be affected: 

All SAP R/3 systems e.g. Student Lifecycle Management; HR: Payroll; Finance; Purchasing and Sales.

The Student Self Service Portal (S3P) https://s3p.ncl..ac.uk/login.aspx

All SAP Portal systems accessed via MyWorkplace portal https://myworkplace.ncl.ac.uk/irj/portal including:

  • P2P System (SRM)
  • Business Warehouse reports (BW)
  • CRM Interaction Centre (CRM)
  • Online Expenses
  • Postgraduate applicant portal (E2R)
  • Agent portal (E2R)
  • Selector portal (E2R)
  • Student Information Gateway (SIG)

We hope to have all systems available by 08:00 Thursday 23rd February
