SAP systems (including web portals) will unfortunately be unavailable on the following dates, due to essential planned activities.

• SAP web portals and SAP CRM systems will be unavailable from 17:00 on Friday 26th March until 17:00 Saturday 27th March - due to an essential Estates power outage.
   
• ALL SAP systems (including web portals) will also be unavailable on Saturday 27/3/2010 from 08:00 to 17:00 - to allow for essential planned production hardware maintenance and configuration.

The following services will be affected:

• All SAP systems e.g. Campus Management; HR; Payroll; Finance; Purchasing and Sales, (including the web portals)
• Business Warehouse (BW) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• The following SAP related Web Services:
  o Online Expenses - https://myworkplace.ncl.ac.uk/irj/portal
  o Student Self Service (S3P) - https://s3p.ncl.ac.uk/login/index.aspx
  o Postgraduate applicant portal (E2R) - http://www.ncl.ac.uk/postgraduate/apply/applicationforms.phtml
  o Agent portal - http://www.ncl.ac.uk/postgraduate/apply/applicationforms.phtml
  o Selector portal - https://myworkplace.ncl.ac.uk/irj/portal

Due an essential Estates power outage in the Stephenson Building, MyProjects and MyImpact will be also be unavailable for the entire weekend from 17:00 this Friday (26th March). MyProjects and MyImpact systems will be powered up at 08:30 on the following Monday (29th March) and will be available before 09:00.
