Cookson Clusters
- Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm
arrival.
- Tidy and Fill Fell Printers.
- Power on Fell Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
- Tidy and Fill Pool Printers.
- Power on Pool Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
- Tidy and Fill Linn, Dene, Glen (5th Floor) Printers.
- Power on Linn, Dene, Glen Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
- Visit the Walton Library main desk (5th Floor) and ask if any lost USB pens
have been handed in - if so, they take them back to the advisers draw in
the Fell.
- Report any faults to x5999.
- Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm
exit.
Old Library Cluster (OLUA)
- Turn on Monitor for Cluster Display (First Session Only).
- Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm
arrival.
- Tidy and Fill Printers.
- Power on Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
- Report any faults to x5999.
- Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm
exit.
Robinson Library Clusters
- Collect Keys from Porter (First Session Only).
- Turn on Monitor for Cluster Display (First Session Only).
- Open Barn Cluster and switch light on (First Session Only).
- Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm
arrival.
- Tidy and Fill Tyne Printers.
- Power on all Monitors and Check Machines for faults.
- Tidy and Fill Tees Printers (Room 160).
- Power on all Monitors and Check Machines for faults in Tees Cluster.
- Report any faults to x5999.
- Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm
exit.
- Return Keys for Porter (Last Session Only)
