Cookson Clusters

  • Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm arrival.
  • Tidy and Fill Fell Printers.
  • Power on Fell Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
  • Tidy and Fill Pool Printers.
  • Power on Pool Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
  • Tidy and Fill Linn, Dene, Glen (5th Floor) Printers.
  • Power on Linn, Dene, Glen Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
  • Visit the Walton Library main desk (5th Floor) and ask if any lost USB pens have been handed in - if so, they take them back to the advisers draw in the Fell.
  • Report any faults to x5999.
  • Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm exit.

Old Library Cluster (OLUA)

  • Turn on Monitor for Cluster Display (First Session Only).
  • Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm arrival.
  • Tidy and Fill Printers.
  • Power on Monitors and Check Machines for Faults.
  • Report any faults to x5999.
  • Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm exit.

Robinson Library Clusters

  • Collect Keys from Porter (First Session Only).
  • Turn on Monitor for Cluster Display (First Session Only).
  • Open Barn Cluster and switch light on (First Session Only).
  • Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm arrival.
  • Tidy and Fill Tyne Printers.
  • Power on all Monitors and Check Machines for faults.
  • Tidy and Fill Tees Printers (Room 160).
  • Power on all Monitors and Check Machines for faults in Tees Cluster.
  • Report any faults to x5999.
  • Send a short email to Jamie Devlin to confirm exit.
  • Return Keys for Porter (Last Session Only)
