Accessibility Checkpoints
Priority Levels
Each checkpoint has been assigned a priority level:
- Priority 1: important points which ensure a minimum level of basic access
- Priority 2: build on access and, if met will improve ease of use
Categories
Checkpoints are grouped in the following categories:
- Keyboard accessible
- Provide users with the ability to modify display and timing
- When messages are conveyed in means other than text provide alternatives
- Predictable and consistent
- Useable with supported assistive technology
- Make accessibility features discoverable, documented and accessible
- Web based applications
