One-to-one sessions allow SAP and myWorkplace portal users the opportunity to attend a one-to-one, 1 hour training session with the appropriate Training/Testing Analyst, Service Desk Analyst or Business Analyst, to cover any issues or questions you have regarding SAP or the myWorkplace portal. Some of the issues covered recently have included:

·          Gaining a further understanding of running financial reports in SAP
·          Processing appraisals within Manager's Desktop
·          Business Warehouse reporting via myWorkplace portal
·          Online expenses
·          Searching for shopping carts
·          PCard WIC/WIA processing

This is only an example, any issue regarding SAP or the myWorkplace portal can be covered.

In order to attend, you must complete the booking form below to be assigned a timeslot. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. This should be received within 2 working days.

These sessions do not replace the Service Desk who can still be contacted on extension 5999 for any of your SAP problems or queries.
