Any full member of University staff who uses Campus Agreement software on their University-owned machine on campus may install a copy on a personally owned machine which is used for University-related purposes: this software is not licensed for personal use.

The software may be installed on personal machines by an authorised Computing Officer using Volume Licensed media, or by individuals using a Work at Home Rights CD which can be bought for £20 from ISS (see below). This is a single install CD.

Please note - Windows 7 Ultimate (32 and 64 bit), Windows Vista, Office Pro 2010, and Office 2011 for Mac are the only versions available on CD, all previous versions have been withdrawn by Microsoft for CD deployment.

If you wish to purchase one of these CDs you must be a full member of staff.

These CDs are not available for purchase by Honorary or Associate or Emeritus members of staff etc or 'non-knowledge workers' such as maintenance, groundskeepers, cafeteria and mailroom, etc or by students.

You must complete the Microsoft Campus Agreement - Work At Home Form. When you have completed the form, and have had it countersigned by your Head of School, please take it with your payment to ISS Service Desk to buy your installation CD.Please note that payment can only be accepted by cash or cheque.

If the software is to be installed by your School Computing Officer you must still complete the form and forward it to ISS Service Desk.
