At present, the ISS Cluster Room Support Desk hours are as follows:
The IT Support Desk in the Robinson is not open for the entire time that the Library is open: Library opening hours change through the academic year.
There is also a Support Desk in the Medical School (Cookson, Ground Floor), which during term-time is staffed daily over the lunch hour period (Medical School staff are at the Support Desk at various other periods throughout the day.)
