Save email attachments before working on them!

Don't lose hours of work!

Before you work on any document opened from an email attachment, save it first!

Use the 'save as' option and save it in your Home Folder ('My Documents' or 'H:drive'), then you can safely work on your file.

Never save files to your desktop!

Use your Home Folder ('My Documents' or 'H:drive'), this is regularly backed up on our servers and is the safest place for you to store your files and work.
