Audio Visual Services - Conference and event support

conference imageWe offer pre-event consultation and technical support to organisations that are holding conferences within the University.

We have considerable experience in the organisation and pre-planning of AV facilities for conferences so it is recommended you contact us well in advance of your event to discuss your requirements.

Technical support

We can provide either a limited technical support service at the beginning and end of your conference sessions or full technical support throughout the duration of your event subject to available resource.

Charges

  • We do not charge for the use of AV facilties permanenetly installed in ISS supported rooms. However we do charge for labour and any additional AV requirement that is not provided in the room as standard.

  • If you are planning to hold a conference or day meeting within the University, you should contact the Conference Office in the first instance. They will be able to advise you on suitable and available venues and any catering needs. They will put you in touch with us to discuss audio-visual and technical requirements for your event.
