Medical School - Our office (room MB139) is situated in the basement of the William Leech Building. From here we support the Medical School teaching rooms, the Dental School lecture theatres and the Ridley Building seminar rooms and lecture theatres. This is also where most administration and resource bookings are dealt with and our equipment delivery service is operated from.
Herschel Building - Our office is located on the ground floor of the Herschel Building, from here we support and maintain teaching rooms within the Herschel Building and surrounding locations. It is also used as a central collection point for loan equipment.
Claremont Tower - We have an office in the basement of Claremont Tower where we carry out system monitoring and provide technical support to teaching rooms in the surrounding area .

Our generic email address is iss-avs@ncl.ac.uk. This ensures that the whole team are made aware of your enquiry and we can deal with it more efficiently. If you need to book any of our resources please use our online resource booking form.
Fault Report Form - If you are unfortunate enough to encounter an equipment fault or failure during the course of your teaching session, please take the time to fill in the fault report form.
