Digital Facilities
Using industry-standard digital editing applications, we are able to work incredibly freely with the versatile digital video format. We are able to convert analogue video to
a variety of digital formats and improve poor quality video and sound.
We can edit footage and use a variety of techniques to bring it to life including animations, special effects, video filters (including colour correction), video stills, moving text and graphics as well as all the standard, traditional, editing techniques such as speeding up/slowing down footage.
Using digital software and a license from the
Educational Recording Association (ERA), we are able to record Freeview programmes off-air, which have been broadcast via the BBC and IBC
