My video will not play
There are a number of reasons why your video might not play. You may wish to try the following:
- try refreshing your browser (or press F5) to reload the video.
- if you are using a computer that is older than 3 years, the video may take time to load.
- you may not have a media player installed on your system. Try one of the following links to ensure you have an up-to-date media player.
