Cluster Room IT Support Desks

In addition to normal IT enquiries, IT Support Desk Advisers are able to deal with some administrative tasks, such as password re-set, printing account difficulties, etc.

There are two IT Support Desks:

  • In the Cluster Room, Level 2, Robinson Library.
  • In the OLUA (Old Library User Area) in the Old Library Building.

Laptop Clinic

If you're still having problems connecting your own computer to the network, having gone through the instructions at the Connect website, you can visit the "Laptop Clinic", which is at the OLUA IT Support Desk, 0900–1600, Monday to Friday.

IT Account Registration

IT Service Desk staff deal with all computer account creation and management, filestore allocation, email etc. They are based on the ground floor of Claremont Tower.
