Responsible for a small team covering the areas of Service Management Systems (ServiceCenter), Software Licensing and Specialist Advisory Services.
Joined the University in March 1999 as Computing Officer after several varied IT positions in industry/production environments covering most aspects of IT. After six months of working on helpdesk and sever support I became responsible for the new University Smartcard system, a role which evolved over the following five years as access control was expanded accross campus.

Currently assisting with the development and implementation of ServiceCenter Incident & Change Management. Also the deployment of an ITIL based Service Portfolio module created within ServiceCenter.
The further development of Service Management processes using ITIL best practice guidelines.
