University Customers
Our videoconferencing facilities are available free of charge* for legitimate University business. Venues area provided in the Medical School and Claremont Bridge
We will need you to supply us with specific information in advance including:-
- Date, time and duration details
- Which venue you would like to use
- How many local participants there will be
- What the purpose of the event is
If prior testing is necessary we will arrange this with the remote site(s).
*Please note that whilst the service offered is free charges will be incurred for ISDN calls and requests outside of normal working hours:
£30 per hour weekdays and £40 per hour weekends. All videoconferences have a minimum one hour fee. A minimum two hour fee is charged for our out of hours service between 00:00 – 08:30 and anytime at weekends.
ISDN videoconferences will incur call charges within the UK of £7 per hour (2 channel) and £20 per hour (6 channel). Call charges outside the UK are available on request.
