Email and calendaring services are based on Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Staff and Postgraduate Research student mailboxes are hosted on-premises on Exchange 2010.
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught student mailboxes are hosted off-site on Microsoft Office365, a 'cloud' service that includes an online version of Microsoft Exchange.
