We strongly recommend at least 5 working days notice for all bookings to ensure we can schedule the necessary resources.

Please note that once submitted, your booking request is not confirmed until you receive an email from us stating that your request has been actioned. If we have any queries regarding your request we will contact you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to ongoing building work in the Medical School our office in the William Leech Building can only be accessed via the main Medical School entrance.

STUDENT EQUIPMENT LOANS - PLEASE READ

We cannot accept bookings for audiovisual equipment direct from students. However we can loan certain equipment on a short term basis provided it is used as part of your degree course and has been pre-booked by your course tutor or a University member of staff willing to take full responsibility for the equipment.

They must:

1. Complete our resource booking form.
2. Print out and fill out a Student Loan Agreement form (below) sign it and give it to you to bring along when you collect the equipment.

Please note we will not issue the equipment unless the procedures above have been followed.
