Service Catalogue

The Service Catalogue is a categorised list of the services provided by the IT Service. For each service, it includes a description, details of how to request the service and where to go for support.

Core Services
Core services are those which are provided by default to all members of the University.

Help and Advice
These services provide help, advice, support and training.

Teaching and Learning
These are the services provided to support teaching and learning activities.

Communication, Collaboration and Research
These are the services provided to support communication, collaboration and research activities.

Business and Administration
These are the services provided to support the University’s business and administration activities.

Technical Services
The technical services are restricted to certain technical users, eg Computing Officers, (or are AV and TV services, which might incur a charge).

External Services
These are services provided to customers outside of the University.
