Opening Hours

At present, the ISS Cluster Room Service Desk hours are as follows:

Old Library IT Service Desk

  • Monday - Friday   0900-1700

Laptop Clinic

  • Monday - Friday   0900-1600

Robinson Library IT Service Desk

  • Monday - Friday   0900-2100 (Term Time)
  • Monday - Friday   0900-1700 (Out Of Term Time)
  • Saturday             1100-1700 (Term Time)
  • Saturday             1100-1500 (Out of Term Time)
  • Sunday                1100-1700 (Term Time)
  • Sunday                Closed (out of Term Time)

The IT Support Desk in the Robinson library is not open for the entire time that the Library is open: Library opening hours change through the academic year.

Medical School

  • Monday - Friday   1200-1400 (Term Time)

There is also a Support Desk in the Medical School (Cookson, Ground Floor), which during term-time is staffed Mon-Fri over the lunch hour period. (Medical School staff are at the Support Desk at various other periods throughout the day.)
