School/Institute IT Support

Each School is responsible for its own deployment of the University Campus Managed Desktop for staff PCs. To facilitate this, ISS delegate control of Organisational Units within the Active Directory to School Computing Officers (hence, Computing Officers are often referred to as "OU Admins").

If you are a member of staff and have a specific support enquiry, your School Computing Officer is usually the first (and best) person you should ask for help.
