Fault Reporting

If you are encounter technical difficulties with the audio-visual facilities then please see below for the appropriate fault reporting process

For centrally-supported spaces:-

  • Telephone 82627 (or 0191 2082627 from a mobile) for emergency assistance using the internal telephone provided; this should connect you directly to a member of the technical team.  For non-urgent issues please complete our fault report form on completion of your session.

For school-owned spaces:-

PLEASE NOTE: The IT Service are ONLY responsible for the audio visual/IT systems in teaching rooms.  Any faults related to room fabrics, furniture or services must be raised with Estates Support Service (ESS).
