Fault Reporting

If you are unfortunate enough to encounter an equipment fault or failure during the course of your teaching session and you require emergency assistance with the audio visual equipment then please use the internal telephone provided and dial extension 82627 (or 0191 2082627 from a mobile); this should connect you directly to a member of the technical team.

Alternatively you could raise via the IT Service Desk

If your technical issue is non-urgent we would appreciate it if you could take the time to fill in our fault report form on completion of your session.

This ensures that we can respond to the fault quickly and resolve it with minimum disruption to further teaching.

PLEASE NOTE: The IT Service are ONLY responsible for the audio visual/IT systems in teaching rooms.  Any faults related to room fabrics, furniture or services must be raised with Estates Support Service (ESS).
