James Cornford

Introduction

James Cornford is a Principal Research Associate. His research interests concern the social aspects of information and communication technologies, in particular in the context of public services, higher education and European regional development, and the management and development of the creative industries.

Background

James has been a researcher at Newcastle University since 1988, located in the Centre for Urban and Regional Development Studies (CURDS).

In 2002 he joined the Business School as a Senior Lecturer and left again in 2007. He is currently part time researcher in the Institute for Policy and Practice.

Industrial and work organisation in old and new media

Information and Communciations Technologies and Regional Development in Europe
