Feedback and Suggestions
We hope our users are happy with the service we provide, but if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know. If there is something you feel is particularly good about us then tell us too.
You can do this by:
- Speaking to a member of staff at the LRC reception desk.
If you are unhappy with the response that you receive, you should use our Suggestions form to register your complaint. These forms are available from the table once you pass through the barrier or on the leaflet trolley to your left. The forms can be used to make any comments about the LRC. Completed forms should then be put into the Suggestions Box.
Completed forms are processed each day and we will endeavour to provide a reply within five working days.
