The Language Resource Centre, in collaboration with Newcastle University Careers Service, is hosting its second annual One World Week March 13th – 17th 2017. 

One World Week is a celebration of world language and culture on campus, and all events are free to Newcastle University students and staff.

Try a beginner’s language taster class in one of 13 languages including; French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese and many more!

Informative seminars led by industry specialists will demonstrate the advantages of foreign language study alongside your degree. Practical careers workshops will help you find work/study opportunities overseas that will help take your career to the next level.
