FSTA Database trial

From 3rd Sept we will have trial access to the FSTA database for 1 month.

FSTA covers topics relating to every aspect of the food and nutrition including all major food and drink commodities and related life and pure sciences plus food products, food processing, food safety, food spoilage, biotechnology, and pet foods.

Please note, the trial is no guarantee that we can take forward a full subscription, but any feedback you can give about the useful of the resource for teaching and research will help us come to a more informed decision. Please send comments to moira.bent@ncl.ac.uk
