How long users wait in the queue for the Issue Desk.
- Standard: To serve 90% of users at the Issue Desk within three minutes.
- Standard: To transmit 98% of requests to BLDSC before the end of the next working day.
- Standard: To shelve 95% of all returned books within fifteen working hours of return from loan.
- Standard: All equipment to be checked on a daily basis.
- Standard: All lists deposited with the Library to be checked, and all appropriate actions completed within twenty working days of receipt.
