Photocopies

When you ask for an item that comes as a Secure Electronic Delivery Document (SED)or photocopy (that is, an article from a journal, or part of a book or conference) you are agreeing to the copyright conditions (printed on the form) which are:

  • you have not previously been supplied with a copy of the same material.....
  • you will not use the copy except for research for a non-commercial purpose or private study and will not supply a copy to any other person......
  • as far as you know nobody with whom you work has made a copy for the same purpose...
  • if the declaration above is false....you will be liable for infringement of copyright
