Electronic Articles

Newcastle University Library is a member of the HERON scheme. HERON offers a national service to the UK Higher Education community for copyright clearance, digitisation and delivery of book extracts and journal articles.

Some essential journal articles and book chapters are made available as a paper copy (available in the Student Texts Collection in the relevant library (Robinson and Walton)) and electronically via the ISS Computer Clusters for students. (See ISS web page for locations and opening times)

Requested articles which are received from HERON are available electronically to students of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne who are registered with the University Computing Service.
