Public Libraries
If you’re not sure which public libraries are in
your area, your local council should be able to help you.
Alternatively, the UK
Public Libraries Page has listing of public and national
libraries.
As well as their book stock, many public libraries are
now offering access to Internet and IT facilities.
Academic Libraries
If you'e unsure as to which academic library is the nearest
to you, consult the University
of Wolverhampton UK Sensitive Map which will help
you find the nearest HE or FE college to you in the UK.
Access to other Academic Libraries
If you live near to an academic institution whose library
resources you might like to use, a number of collaborative
schemes exist between UK HE Institutions that may be able
to help.
