Reproduction request form

Please print a reproduction request form, complete, sign and return it to Special Collections at the address given.

For research or private study, a charge will be made for the current cost of scanning/photography.

For publication and other commercial purposes, reproduction fees will be charged in addition to current scanning/photography costs. For University publications/textbooks, reproduction fees may be waived on application to the Special Collections and Archives Librarian.

Prices quoted below do not include VAT.

Internet

Images required for Internet use are charged at £100. Requests for images to be used on Newcastle University websites will be charged only at the current scanning/photography rate.

Payment

Payment is due before reproductions are delivered and is accepted by cash, credit/debit card or by cheque made payable to 'Newcastle University'.

Acknowledgement

Special Collections materials which are subsequently reproduced should be acknowledged in the form:

Robinson Library Special Collections, Newcastle University [insert document reference]

You should also state that the material has been used:

"… by permission of the Special Collections and Archives Librarian, Robinson Library, Newcastle University".
