House and grounds of Sandyford Park

Photograph from an album recently given to Special Collections from a descendent of Dr. Gibb which has been added to the Gibb Papers. The album shows photographs of the house and grounds of Dr. Gibb's home, Sandyford Park, which was built by John Dobson and originally called Villa Real.

This photograph shows two of the gardeners working next to the carriage-way with a glimpse of the house to the right hand side of the picture.
