Debates (Hansard)

These are the official reports of both Houses of Parliament.

The Library holds a complete set of House of Commons official reports from the first series published in the early nineteenth century to the present, with a bound index for each session covering Members' names and subjects.

A complete set of House of Lords Hansard from 1914 to present is also held.

In addition the full text of House of Commons Hansard from 1987/88 and House of Lords from 1992 onwards is available on two electronic databases. These are available from the Library's Database network.
