The Library has taken House of Lords Papers and Bills
since 1969/70.
Until 1987/88 these formed one series, unlike the House
of Commons Papers and Bills
which have always been two separate series. From the 1987/88
Parliamentary Session House of Lords Papers and Bills
were split into two separately numbered sequences.
House of Lords Papers and Bills are kept in boxes in numerical
order in the Parliamentary
Papers section before binding and can be traced in
the same way as House
of Commons Papers. The full text of recent House of
Lords Bills and Select Committee reports is available
from the UK Parliament web pages at http://www.parliament.uk
Shelfmark: Parliamentary Papers (older material in Level
1 Compact Shelving), House of Lords
