If you want to retrieve material from the Bindery for consultation in the
Robinson library, please complete the Bindery request form for a book
or the Bindery request form for a periodical.
Currently, items requested by Medical Faculty and students have to consulted at the Robinson Library.
Journals and books are sent to the bindery to be collated into bound journals or to be repaired. When the books or journal issues are sent to the bindery we change the status of the issue so that they appear on the catalogue as:
If you see an issue with either of these statuses showing on the catalogue you can fill the appropriate electronic binding request form to retrieve and consult the issues from the bindery
If the binding procedure is in process and the issues are in a state of disrepair you may have to wait until they are made suitable for consultation. You will be informed of this in the reply to your request and when you will be able to consult the issues.
