Walton laptop loans - instructions for using the scheme

Register for the scheme at the main desk in Walton Library.

  • A Laptop can be loaned for up to 4 hours. No renewals and not bookable in advance.
  • They are for use within the Walton Library only.
  • Late returns, loss or damage will incur a fine or charge.
    • Late return of Laptop - £5 per hour or part of hour.
    • Late return of power cable/charger - £1 per hour or part of hour
    • Loss of or damage to Laptop - £640
    • Loss of power cable/charger - £45
  • Available during Desk staffed hours i.e. not Self Service opening times of Library and must be returned 15 minutes before Desk services close.
