The 2008 RAE results were published on 18th December. The School was submitted jointly with colleagues from the Schools of Civil Engineering and Geosciences, Biology, and Mechanical and Systems Engineering under UoA 17 and UoA 28. The profile of both submissions was identical, with 15% of our research rated 4* (world leading) and 65% rated at least 3* (internationally excellent).
